Drive Financial Strategy and Ensure Compliance

  • Lead the planning, management, and control of Finance, Management Accounting, Treasury, and Taxation functions.
  • Ensure full compliance with finance policies, procedures, and international statutory standards.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and governance.
  • Support audit preparation and ensure adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in long-term financial planning, treasury alignment, and capital structure decisions.

Oversee Accounting Operations with Accuracy and Integrity

  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, reconciliations, schedules, and aging reports.
  • Ensure timely transmittals of invoices, supplier and employee dispute resolution, and customer account management.
  • Oversee employee-related receivables, remittances, and liquidation processes.
  • Guarantee accurate reporting and closure of financial records in line with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret complex data into practical insights.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial teams to drive performance.
