About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Wave 1 FIntech Hiring* Work - Onsite but Virtual process* No BPO EXP. This is a full-time role based in Central Cebu City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A customer-centric mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial services or fintech industry is preferred but not essential
  • No previous BPO experience required
