Job Description:

The Inventory Audit Staff is responsible for monitoring and auditing inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. He/She conducts regular physical counts, reconciles stock records with system data, identifies discrepancies, and recommends corrective actions. The role also includes preparing audit and inventory reports, assisting in internal audits, and coordinating with warehouse and other departments to maintain proper stock levels and safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

  • At least a college level or degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.
  • With experience in inventory or audit, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of inventory systems/ERP is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Can start immediately and willing to be assigned in San Juan.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
