Job Summary:

The Inventory Team Leader oversees inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves leading a team, optimizing stock management, and improving processes to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of inventory control experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems, spreadsheets, and ERP software.
  • Valid driver's license (Restrictions 1 & 2 required).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and improve inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor inventory staff, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock tracking systems.
  • Forecast demand and manage procurement and replenishment.
  • Conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
  • Optimize storage, ordering, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Report inventory trends and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure workplace safety and effective communication with management.
