Under the direction of the Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) Global Contracts and Compliance Team, the Contracts & Compliance Manager plays a critical role in supporting Moog Baguio's contractual, regulatory, and labor compliance requirements. This dual-focused role ensures alignment with Moog's global standards while providing expert guidance on supply chain contracts, customer obligations, and employee relations.
As the Contracts & Compliance Manager, you will:
Contractual & Regulatory Compliance
- Review and approve supply chain contracts, ensuring alignment with CAG Delegation of Approval (DOA).
- Coordinate with Moog's Corporate Law Department and external counsel on legal matters.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with customer and interplant contractual obligations.
- Escalate regulatory risks to Moog Inc. experts (Legal, EHS, Risk, Trade Compliance).
- Support audits, customer visits, and regulatory reporting.
- Serve as the contractual point of contact for assigned programs and customer visits.
Labor Relations
- Provide expert guidance on Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR on labor initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Advise management on best practices for employee engagement and legal compliance.
Systems & Collaboration
- Support the site's transition from MBS to SAP.
- Maintain strong communication with CAG teams across the US, UK, and India.
To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- Experience: 5+ years in contracts, purchasing, or commercial roles with demonstrated labor relations expertise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field. MBA or Law degree preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and international regulatory requirements.
Notary appointment or eligibility is a plus.
