Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
Customer Service:
Ensure excellent guest experiences by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service quality.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Track daily sales and profitability targets.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Oversee ordering and inventory control of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
