Role Description
• Manage daily retention lists and handle inbound/outbound retention calls.
• Assess customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication.
• Provide accurate reports, documentation, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Support Sales and Third-Party partners with retention, win-back leads, and onboarding.
• Verify electricity and gas applications and resolve discrepancies.
• Recommend suitable products across multiple channels and address objections confidently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners while following all protocols and policies.
• Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction and First Call Resolution.
• Complete Orion tasks, admin work, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of college.
Experience:
• Customer retention experience preferred.
• Electricity/Gas industry background is a plus.
Skills:
• Flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, shifting).
• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
