The Site Surveyor is responsible for conducting detailed site assessments and surveys to collect accurate information about potential project locations. This role involves evaluating the suitability of sites for new developments, such as the construction of a new branch, ensuring that all physical, environmental, and regulatory factors are considered before project initiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site surveys to gather detailed data on land features, boundaries, elevations, and existing structures.
  • Assess the suitability of proposed sites for new projects or branch construction.

  • Use surveying instruments, GPS systems, and other tools to measure and map land surfaces.

  • Maintain detailed records of all site data, measurements, and findings.

  • Verify and update existing site data as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Grad. / College Level

  • With own Motor and Professional Driver's License (Res. Code A, A1)

  • With experience working in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
