About the role

Join the team at JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.' as a Surveyor based in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's construction projects by conducting accurate and detailed land surveys to ensure sites are properly measured and mapped.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform land surveys using a variety of surveying equipment and techniques to collect data on terrain, boundaries, and other site features
  • Interpret survey data and create detailed maps, drawings, and reports documenting site conditions
  • Collaborate with construction teams to provide accurate measurements and site information to support project planning and execution
  • Ensure all surveying work adheres to industry standards and legal requirements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all surveying activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of surveying processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
  • Strong technical skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings, maps, and plans
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant surveying software and technologies
