DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The Liaison indicates a professional who coordinates the activities of the companies with different agencies.

  • Shall act as a link to consultant, government bodies, agencies as well as clients to ensure effective communication with the organization.

  • Shall create and maintain good relationships with different agencies and oversees the preparation of project reports.

  • Responsible for the renewal of company license, permits, and accreditation such as: Business Permits, D.O.L.E., etc.

  • Responsible for monthly registration of motor vehicles of the company and handles transfer of ownership and other LTO transaction.

  • Payment of property tax insurance and business tax.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4 year course

  • Preferably must have a least 2 – 3 years related work experience in the same field

  • Has good organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Must be a team player and is not only trustworthy and ambitious but also self-motivated and independent.

  • Has strong administration skills and a mental aptitude for industrial growth, business development and public relations.
