Job description:

As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between our organization and various government entities, particularly in the processing of business permits, occupancy permits, and other necessary documents on behalf of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Operations Team to gather and prepare the required documents and information for permit applications, such as occupancy permits and permits to operate.
  • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with different government agencies, including Local Government Units (LGUs), municipal governments, the Bureau of Fire Protection, and others.
  • Monitoring the progress of construction permit applications across multiple agencies and providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting the Operations team in tracking progress billings and facilitating client payments.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with government officials, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in processing licenses and business permits within the construction industry.
  • Willingness to travel across the Philippines as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
