Job description:
Job Summary:
- The Admin Liaison serves as a central point of contact for administrative and operational support within the project , crucial for the smooth daily functioning of project facilities, especially the boat park.
- Rental Collections and Financial Administration: Responsible for the timely collection of Boat park rental payments from tenants , strictly adhering to the established billing cycle and accepted payment methods
- Boat Park Management and Verification: Maintain Official Boat Park List: Responsible for accurately maintaining a current official list of all boat park tenants , including their assigned boat park slots, specific boat details , and current rental /occupancy status
- Liaison and Coordination: Acts as a central communication point, facilitating effective information flow and coordination between the Project Manager, Finance Department , Security Team, & other internal personnel regarding administrative , financial, and operational matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration , Office Management , or any related field (preferred)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar admin or liaison role
- Familiarity with government agencies and business registration processes is an advantage
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Trustworthy, proactive, and detailed oriented
- Can drive and/or willing to travel for fieldwork
- Preferably with 2 wheel or 4 wheel vehicle
Working Conditions:
- May be required to travel frequently for field tasks
