Overview

The Associate for Career Support is responsible for assisting job seekers in finding opportunities, improving resumes, and preparing for interviews, while also partnering with employers to streamline hiring. The ultimate goal is to maximize candidate interviews and placements within the job portal. The role covers end-to-end talent acquisition—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring alignment between candidates and employers.

Key Responsibilities

Job Seeker Support

  • Assess and review candidate profiles/resumes to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Match candidates with current openings by analyzing qualifications vs. job requirements.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve resumes, profiles, and candidate marketability.
  • Clearly communicate role-specific requirements and employer expectations.

Employer Support

  • Coordinate interview schedules between job seekers and employers.
  • Support employers with interview logistics, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened, qualified candidates.
  • Refine sourcing and matching strategies based on hiring outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' solid experience in
    US Talent Acquisition, RPO, or staffing agency
    .
  • Comfortable liaising with hiring managers, directors, and C-suite contacts.
  • Strong multitasking ability across various tools and systems.
  • Excellent business English (written & verbal).
  • Professional phone etiquette with capability for high-volume outbound/inbound calls.

Preferred

  • 2+ years' experience in
    healthcare recruiting
    .
  • Strong negotiation skills, including offer handling.
  • Experience in volume/seasonal hiring and niche recruitment campaigns.
