Location: McKinley West, Taguig | Night Shift (US Time Zone)

We are currently hiring multiple US Recruiters to join different teams across our organization. Job Overview

As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates in a high-volume, online-based, and centralized recruiting environment. You will work closely with Staffing Managers and play an active role throughout the recruitment process — from resume sourcing and candidate screening to interview scheduling, extending job offers, and managing onboarding and hiring documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Own equipment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Willing to work night shift (US time zones: PST, CST, EST)
  • Willing to report onsite at McKinley West, Taguig during the training and nesting period (approx. 3–4 weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php45,000.00 per month
