Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Oracle Energy & Water products, the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), or similar applications is an advantage (e.g. Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Meter Data Management (MDM))
  • Work Set-Up: M-F day shift. Hybrid reporting 3x a week at our Makati Office

Responsibilities

  • Work with customer and design/architecture teams to understand client business processes and requirements, provide solution recommendations, and create Solution or Functional Design specifications.
  • Translate customer business requirements into high quality functional designs within agreed timeframes.
  • Support the creation of system/integration test plans, execution of functional testing, and end user training.
  • Liaise with the Development Team and participate in walkthroughs to discuss functional requirements and functional design of the solution.
  • Facilitate the resolution of functional design issues as they arise during the development process.
  • Ensure the quality of one's own and/or a project team's work through alignment to project standards and methodologies. Perform quality assurance reviews of the work of a design/development team.
  • Travel to onsite project locations as deemed necessary

Recruitment Process:

Online Interviews will require candidates to turn on their cameras and ensure they environment is well lit and their face is clearly seen.

For some roles, Onsite Interview might be required.

All roles usually require 2-3 rounds of interviews.
