About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Propositions, you will be the architect of the Vitality customer and distribution journey. You will lead everything from deep-dive customer research and ideation to implementation, marketing execution, and executive reporting. Your goal: drive business growth by making "being healthy" simple, engaging, and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate & Develop:
    Create compelling health and wellness propositions that improve program engagement and member growth.
  • Strategic Analysis:
    Spearhead annual pricing reviews, experience studies, and competitor scans to maintain a first-mover advantage.
  • Distribution Strategy:
    Craft strategies for our distribution force, ensuring Vitality is embedded in training, incentives, and sales roadmaps.
  • Member Experience:
    Partner with campaign consultants and partnership principals to ensure a seamless, lucrative, and "simple" customer journey.
  • Launch Excellence:
    Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Comms to execute high-impact launches and training (TTT) across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or Insurance.
  • Experience:
    Proven track record in Management, Marketing, or Business Development within reputable retail or financial service multinationals (Banking, Insurance, or Consumer Finance).
  • Expertise:
    Deep knowledge of the health & wellness space, specifically within the Asian markets.
  • Technical Savvy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer research/validation methodologies
