Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools (if in dishwasher role)
  • Receive, store, and rotate stock and supplies
  • Label and date all food products properly
  • Monitor food quality and alert kitchen leadership to any issues
  • Assist with prep work for the next shift or the next day
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
  • Work efficiently with FOH staff to ensure timely food service
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required (training available)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
