JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure excellent front of house service
- Ensure that all Bar equipment is in good working order
- Attends to all guest needs
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
- Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guest are delivered on time within the company standard
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked at the end of service and to reconcile stock back to sales.
- Ensure the bar operation (opening, closing, service and security) is operated in line with procedures and any other written and verbal communications.
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks
- Supporting hospitality services and events
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety
