KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
- communicating relevant information
- Coordinate and prepare annual target contracts of clients as per request of sales.
- Compiling weekly/monthly sales and collection reports.
-Prepare Monthly Sales Report per client with contract.-Coordinate with the Credit and Collection Aging of Accounts Receivable forpresentation every Friday-Compile Detailed Post IT on a monthly basis
- Ensure sales/ collection targets are met and report any deviations
- Communicate information to internal stakeholders
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks (ie. Expense report checking, ensuring documents from sales representatives are complete, PRF requisition with justification, etc.)
- Revolving fund utilization and balance monitoring
- In charge of requesting Promo Materials/Samples as per request of SR's
- Coordinate with HR for Sales Personnel leave, process MRF/ PAF, NTE's and other HR related concerns of the Sales Personnel
- Monitoring of merchandiser's attendance and salary payout
- Monitoring of staff houses, bills and utilization
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- Results-driven attitude
- Ability to conduct research and analyse data
