B2B Sales/ Account Executive

Location: Greenhills, San Juan City, NCR

Work Setup: Full-Time | Onsite

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (High school graduates or vocational course completers with exceptional sales experience may be considered) Candidates without a Bachelor's degree but with exceptional sales experience will be considered for this position
  • 1-3 years proven sales experience in the steel manufacturing industry, construction, or property development
  • Experience in any one of the following industries is sufficient: steel manufacturing, construction, or property development
  • Minimum of 1-2 years B2B sales experience is required
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, client-acquisition, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Adept at identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Willingness to conduct field work and client visits as needed
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
