DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selection and Recruitment
Conducts initial and assess candidate skills, experience, culture fit of applicants through review of resumes and application (phone and in person).
Administer the exam to the applicants. Check the completed exams, and ensure that all necessary documents are prepared before they are forwarded to the next interviewers.
Sending the job offer to qualified applicants.
Participate in job fairs, set up job boards, and prepare advertisement, job sites.
Creating applicants database.
Contact person for newly hired employees who are processing employment requirements.
Conduct employment verification for employees.
Conduct background investigation.
Conduct orientation and induction for newly hired employees ensuring smooth transition, on boarding.
Prepares weekly status report of applicants.
Ensures complete documentation (e.g, contracts, requirements, etc.).
Benefits Administration
Assist HR Compensation & Benefits in administering the employee benefits by collecting data for enrolment to payroll system.
Process the application of payroll bank accounts of new hired employees.
Assists in administering the cash advance and savings withdrawal of employees.
Employee Relations
Assists HR Generalist in handling disciplinary actions by providing the correct data needed to complete the sanction.
Provides assistance to HR initiatives and companywide events.
Responsible in making and replacing lost identification cards of the old and new employees
In-charge in the preparation and distribution of training agreement, training effectiveness evaluation, test papers after the training. Checking and summation of test.
Assist with the training registration for employees; training needs employee development.
Perform exit interview for outgoing employees.
Employee Records
Proper completeness, confidentiality and integrity of Employee Records/201 files both physical and soft copies. Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidentially information.
Maintain and update employee data.
Prepares exit documents of resigning employees (Certificate of Employment) (sensitive/handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Attends to employment verification for employees
Update and filing of all HR forms.
Issuance of employee IDs. Provides welcome kit during onboarding.
Employee accountability form for Assets.
Others
- Represent HR department in Food Safety meetings.
- Assist HR Generalist in revision and creation of HR procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives/ mission of the department and/or as assigned by immediate head.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of 4-year-course in Psychology, Business Administration major in, Human Resource Development Management, or any related course.
- Over 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, Office Management.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Philippine labor laws, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development, HR best practices, technologies, platforms.
