What is your mission?

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Coordinator who will support strategic sales and marketing initiatives in the construction space. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is familiar with construction or commercial development processes. You'll help drive lead generation, proposal development, CRM management, and internal coordination across departments.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Lead Generation & Market Strategy

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prospect qualification to source new construction opportunities.
  • Collaborate with estimators, preconstruction, and operations to align leads with organizational capabilities.

Pipeline & Proposal Coordination

  • Manage the business development pipeline and support in preparing RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and proposals.
  • Ensure timely coordination across teams for submission of proposal deliverables.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement

  • Help maintain long-term partnerships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Support communication efforts to build trust and continuity in client relationships.

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Schedule meetings, manage executive calendars, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel/logistics.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on pipeline activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the BD team and executives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, estimating, product, and operations to develop outreach campaigns and track KPIs.
  • Assist in improving business development tools, processes, and reporting metrics.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, administrative support, or sales coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document preparation and calendar management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with construction, preconstruction, or commercial asset classes is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with data tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Google Workspace).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
