Job Title: Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by servicing daily requests of clients, maintaining updated data/information on accounts, and ensuring completion of all loan-related documentary requirements.

This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. You will work closely with concerned units to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or Accounting field, with a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with external/internal clients.

In this role, you will have opportunities to develop your skills in analysis/evaluation of client proposals, assist in preparation of Budget and Business Plans, and participate in handling customer complaints and recommending solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
