Wordpress Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a WordPress Designer & Developer with a strong eye for design and a knack for technical problem-solving. This role is perfect for someone who can create visually appealing, conversion-driven pages using Divi and has experience with AI tools for image creation. The ideal candidate understands that a website is more than just aesthetics—it's about performance, speed, and user experience.

This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, including 20 hours during our core hours of 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. The remaining hours are flexible, offering a balance between structure and autonomy. We're seeking a dedicated hard worker who is ready to deliver quality results and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Development

• Design and build fully functional and visually engaging pages using Divi within WordPress.
• Create conversion-focused landing pages that drive results and enhance user experiences.
• Integrate AI tools for image creation to generate high-quality, web-optimized visuals that align with branding and messaging.
• Source, edit, and optimize images for performance and aesthetics.
• Develop funnel pages to improve lead generation and maximize conversions.

Optimization & Performance

• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Apply best practices in layout, design, and coding to ensure websites perform exceptionally well.
• Conduct performance tests and implement necessary adjustments for improved page load times and usability.

Collaboration & Maintenance

• Work closely with marketing and content teams to align designs with campaign goals and branding.
• Maintain and update existing pages to keep them modern and consistent with current marketing strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues related to website functionality and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in WordPress development and Divi.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages designed to increase conversions.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion) for generating and editing images.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, including page speed optimization, mobile-first design, and image compression.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
