Marketing Copywriter

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter, who will be helping to heighten our brand in the marketplace all while working in a fun and relaxed environment. This ideal candidate will be responsible for writing copy for email blasts, follow up emails, sales emails, and all steps of our sales funnels. You will play a critical role in our marketing process and will be a key contributor to our growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing our brand through multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising 
• Write copy for all emails and funnel steps, using your knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click, open rates
• Analyze email & funnel statistics and actively work to improve conversion rates at all points in the funnel/email cycle that revolves around copy
• Split test copy in all emails and funnels
• Assisting and engaging in high level discussions and decisions
• Knowledge of Adobe Suites
• Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns 
• Collaborate with other Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities
• Assisting in implementation and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics and resources

• 4 Years experienced as a Marketing Copywriter
• Project management and team management experience

• Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
• Digital Marketing
• Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
