Role Description

  • Develop and implement communication plans and strategies aligned with the Bank's and Foundation's goals.
  • Oversee external communications, PR, and media relations to ensure strategic and effective delivery.
  • Manage all communication materials, multimedia platforms, and publications.
  • Collaborate with internal units on program development, branding, and communication support.
  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across official channels.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, timely, and aligned with branding and communication objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or Corporate Communications
  • At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public relations, or media management, creative content, or NGOs.
  • At least three (3) years supervisory/ managerial experience.
  • Preferred skills:
    strategic communication planning, leadership and team empowerment, creative direction, analytical thinking, proficiency in creative tools, strong copywriting, storytelling and visual communication, and editorial skills, ethical, proactive, and resilient, visionary communicator.
  • Must be willing to report on site (Makati City)
