Customer Operations Support Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support and assist in the day-to-day operation activities to meets its goal operational excellence.
- Responsible for monitoring and downloading End-of-Day (EOD) Reports and submit the same to the appropriate team in an efficient manner.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of requests or concerns that requires immediate review and escalate to Unit Head for proper disposition.
- Ensure daily monitoring of internal reports and coordinate with IT Support for any technical concerns.
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that customers' confidential information is properly protected and should only be used for official purposes.
- Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
- Proactively provide feedback and involved in process streamlining/ improvement of the unit processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform all other support tasks and other functions as may be assigned by the Department /Unit Head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
