Primary Objective

  • Benefits Program Administration
  • Compliance on Statutory Benefits
  • Coordination with Government Agencies
  • Benefits Assistance related to Healthcare
  • Communication and Certification of Statutory Benefits
  • Processing of Statutory and Company Benefits
  • Employee Assistance and Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee offboarding tasks, ensuring team members are cleared of any benefit obligations, including loans, HMO payroll deductions, and pending government benefits reimbursements.
  • Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Assist in the administration of all benefits programs, including healthcare/HMO and tenure recognition, by encoding and updating records as necessary.
  • Administer and process government benefits related to sickness and maternity.
  • Issue certifications for government loans and manage the administration of loan remittances.
  • Address employee inquiries and coordination of Benefits Cases

Professional Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Human Resources/Benefits focused on Government statutory Benefits
