  1. Develop and maintain salary structures (base pay, pay grades/levels), ensuring equity and internal consistency.
  2. Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of pay and reward offerings in the retail industry.
  3. Oversee design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits (e.g. health insurance, wellness benefits, retirement / retirement-type benefits, other perks relevant to Philippine retail context)
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and local labor laws/regulations in the Philippines regarding benefits, contributions, and other mandated benefits. (e.g. contributions, mandated benefits)
  5. Define and implement a comprehensive "Total Rewards Philosophy" aligned to company objectives, culture, retention & reward strategy.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, HR Business Partners / Store Operations to ensure reward programs support business strategy, cost control, and talent management goals.
  7. Maintain internal equity and ensure external competitiveness through regular market surveys, benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay-grade reviews.
  8. Develop and implement recognition programs and non-monetary reward initiatives to boost morale, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  9. Communicate total rewards programs, policies, and changes to employees; ensure transparency and clarity on rewards and benefits.
  10. Use data analytics and reporting to assess effectiveness of rewards programs, compensation practices, and suggest improvements.
  11. Work with Finance and HR to budget for compensation and benefits; forecast costs, advise on financial implications of reward programs.
  12. Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless administration of rewards programs
