We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment and onboarding initiatives. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience, and learn the ins and outs of building a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.

  • Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.)

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Support with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement projects.

  • Comfortable with directly working with management.

Qualifications & What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field

  • Skilled in using Microsoft office, and recruitment platforms (Jobstreet, Facebook groups, etc.)

  • Highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Self-starter who has an owner's mindset

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Open to working in an on-site setting in Caloocan
