The HR Specialist will play a critical role in providing the full spectrum of human resources (HR) support in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as performance management. To serve as a HR business partner by working closely with Line Managers to drive business and people results. This role will coordinate all the HR activities and also work closely together with recruiters, Hiring Managers, other members of the Company.
You should be a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day administrative operations. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in various facets of HR management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist in file organization and tracking.
- Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the HR Executive
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
