HR Intern

Are you passionate about people and eager to start your career in Human Resources? Join our HR Team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and growth-driven environment

Your Role:

  • Assist in daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Help maintain accurate and organized HR files, records, and documentation
  • Support in handling employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee activities
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently a graduating student taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Available for a 2–3 month internship
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage
