We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment. This role is ideal for students currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related programs who want to build a strong foundation in HR practices. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR functions while learning the daily operations of an HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process, including document management and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Research and recommend recruitment tools and strategies to improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Important Note:
This is an unpaid internship, but high-performing interns are guaranteed absorption into a regular role after 1–2 months of internship, subject to performance evaluation.
