- Audit and monitor parts inventory, petty cash, and service-related expenses.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Monitor and oversee the entire parts and service process to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and invoices as needed.
- Ensure proper filing, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Aftersales Department.
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Accounting background is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, parts, or service support role (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
