Job Description

As an AU Admin Support , you will handle administrative and booking tasks to support property valuation processes, ensuring seamless operations, efficient communication, and a well-organized workflow.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM); Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite (Baguio City)

Salary: PHP 20,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and/or Excel; strong data handling skills.
  • Residing in the Baguio-Benguet area for onsite work.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Desire for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships.
  • A sense of humor to bring balance and positivity to the team environment.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Review job requests to identify and source the required documents.
  • Manage shared inboxes efficiently, monitor communications, and forward queries as needed.
  • Perform word processing tasks including building and formatting reports.
  • Book property inspections and coordinate with valuers.
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Upload and email reports and invoices promptly.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
  • Ensure that KPIs are met consistently.
