About the role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates to join our team of customer service professionals at our Paranaque City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Accurately log customer information and details of interactions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Recent graduate with a customer service, business or relevant degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and call centre software
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
