Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning & Development Associate, based in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Learning & Development Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting in Learning & Development operations, supporting the implementation of training programs, & coordinating with different departments. The role aims to ensure effective training delivery and continuous improvement of employee skills and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience is a plus
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Can start as soon as possible

  • Compressed work week schedule. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm
