About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's full marketing strategy. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, consumer engagement, and business growth.

You will:

  • Develop brand, product, and marketing strategies aligned with core business goals
  • Plan and execute campaigns across both traditional and digital channels
  • Manage product launches, retail activations, and merchandising initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging
  • Track campaign performance, interpret analytics, and present actionable insights
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify market opportunities and consumer trends within the FMCG space

What We're Looking For

You're a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience in FMCG marketing or other consumer-driven industries
  • Solid foundation in traditional marketing and brand building
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A creative, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Understanding of shopper behaviour, product positioning, and retail environments
  • Experience working within Australian markets (highly preferred but not required)
