We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Manila. This role will support revenue accuracy by conducting contract reviews, processing booking and quote adjustments, and identifying discrepancies across systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, and a passion for maintaining data integrity.
What You'll Do

Perform detailed contract reviews to ensure alignment between signed agreements and system entries.

Support quotes and booking adjustments based on internal policies and contract terms.

Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies within Salesforce. Respond to and engage in proactive outreach with internal customer inquiries related to revenue adjustments and contract interpretation.

Collaborate closely with Sales, CX, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of revenue-impacting updates.

Maintain accurate documentation of contract changes and revenue adjustments for audit readiness.

Contribute to process improvements and documentation as the team grows.

Additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Need

2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, billing, or contract administration.

Familiarity with Salesforce is required.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and responding to customer requests.

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule aligned to eastern time zone US business hours, with flexibility especially during month's end.
