Job Description

The Senior Manager, Quality RCM is responsible for leading the quality assurance processes within the AR Department.

This role requires extensive knowledge of forensic healthcare billing, AR processes, and QA methodologies.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance program for accounts receivable in forensic healthcare, ensuring all AR processes comply with regulatory standards, analyzing data from AR operations to identify quality issues, planning and conducting internal audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue cycle management, or forensic healthcare, with a minimum of 5 years in a quality assurance leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing AR processes within a forensic healthcare setting or similar regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of forensic healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, FCRA, and healthcare AR best practices.
