Tasks and Responsibilities:

Internal Aspect - Administrative

  • Helps resolve small issues encountered by employees.
  • Witnesses the collector's cash remittances to the cashier/accounting clerk.
  • Prepares initial reports and submits to the Market Manager for MANCOM/EXECOM
  • Monitors and verify the Billing Statements provided to tenants.
  • Coordinates with FOSA regarding submission of Employees performances and behavior.
  • Coordinates with Head Office for any Operations' Related Concerns of the Market.
  • Ensures all documentation are in-lined with what the Head Office is implementing.
  • Assists prospect tenants when inquiring regarding market stalls in the absence of the Manager.

External Aspect - Day to day physical operations of the Market

  • Monitors and makes incident reports regarding the physical status of the market submitted to the market manager.
  • Facilitates the receiving of operating supplies/deliveries coming-in the market and returning of items wrongfully delivered or coming-in the market and returning of items wrongfully delivered or brought to the market.
  • Liaise for any operating-related concern of the Market (i.e., Renewing of Market Business Permits, Coordinates with different Government entities, etc.)
  • Monitor employees if the schedule prepared by the manager are being followed.
  • Conducts regular inspections of the Genset and STP assisted by the Maintenance on duty.
  • Facilitates the dissemination/distribution of any admin documents to tenants (i.e./ SOA's, Utility Bills, Memorandums, etc.)
  • Makes Random checks to make sure the tenants' weighing scales are calibrated correctly.
  • Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
