Summary:
The Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for providing daily direction, supervision, and leadership to the Onboarding Specialists who provide administrative support to a team of Account Managers and Recruiters with regards to achieving required compliance standards prior to the start of an employee's assignment according to customer, internal and external guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management
Analyze employee files to identify compliance required for assignment onboarding.
Identify, set-up and process medical record testing and documentation.
Complete onboarding calls with employees on assignment
Conduct follow-up on incomplete and pending items, working closely with Account Managers, Quality Assurance, Support Staff and Management to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage and review returned documents and records adhering to division policy and procedure.
Accurately import onboarding information to both the employee's file in all applicable systems.
Communication
Communicate professionally, both orally and written, with third party vendors, candidates/employees, and co-workers.
Adhere to established communication deadlines and parameters with third party vendors, candidates/employees, and co-workers.
Utilize the chain of command to determine what and when internal communication is necessary.
Supervise & Develop Staff
Monitor the daily performance of Onboarding Specialists, providing guidance toward achieving goals.
Meet with staff regularly to develop strategies for improving processes, efficiency, and results.
Provide feedback and direction regarding improving sub-standard performance.
Assist with preparation and deliver employee performance reviews in a timely manner.
Work with staff to enhance strengths and determine areas for improvement.
Find opportunities to recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements and success.
Staff Selection & Training
Work with HR to recruit, interview, qualify, and select candidates to promote or add to the medical administration team.
Assist in the development and continual update of administrative team training programs.
Assist in the delivery and facilitation of all team member training, both formal classroom sessions and OJT.
Monitor new hires' performance according to defined training expectations.

Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing computer systems/applications (i.e., MS Office, task tools, Notes, Internet) to satisfactorily perform the job functions and duties associated with the position.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or as the situation dictates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
At least 2 years experience as a team lead in the BPO, healthcare, RPO or shared services industries is a plus.
Minimum 2 years successful experience with human resource/onboarding; including background checks, references, verifications, compliance, and specifications.
Nursing degree or experience in healthcare is a plus.
At least 35 wpm, demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions.
Establish a positive working relationship with employees, clients and candidates.
Organize tasks and manage time and multi-task with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
Function as a cohesive team member, engaging in open communication with all team members, and proactively working in support of the Division's performance goals.
Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Must be willing to work during US time zone
