Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Shift: Night Shift

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite

Salary: Up to 30K

Job Description:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the onboarding process, ensuring new hires experience a seamless and positive transition into the company. You will manage communication, document collection, and coordination to meet company standards and timelines, with particular attention to clinician satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring consistent communication through phone, email, and SMS, completing the process within 10 days or less.
  • Clinician Satisfaction: Deliver a smooth, positive onboarding experience tailored to the needs of clinicians, addressing their concerns and ensuring their readiness to start work.
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Ensure timely completion of all necessary documents, health checks, certifications, licenses, and background checks in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Escalations: Respond swiftly to issues raised by recruiters or clinicians, providing quick resolutions and ensuring minimal disruption to the onboarding process.
  • High-Volume Management: Efficiently manage up to 25 hires or assignments at any given time, processing 5-10 new hires each week.
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, guiding them through each step of the onboarding journey and ensuring consistent support.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately manage and update records for background checks, health tests, and uploaded documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Monitoring & Problem-Solving: Track the progress of onboarding tasks, identify delays, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely and smooth onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as MAS, CSCS, recruiters, and sales to coordinate and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, equivalent experience will be considered. Candidates with at least 2 years of college education are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry is required. Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), shared services, credentialing, or HR recruitment is a plus.
