We're looking for an organized, engaging, and people-centered Onboarding Lead/Officer who will ensure a smooth, consistent, and compliant onboarding journey across all PCCs and sites.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire pre-onboarding process, including PEME follow-ups, background checks, and document completion
  • Send onboarding plans and pre-Day 1 instructions to incoming employees
  • Facilitate Day 1 and 3-Day New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions—virtual and onsite
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, Medical Governance, IT, Payroll, and PCC Teams for deployment readiness
  • Ensure new hires receive clear guidelines on punctuality, attire, and orientation etiquette
  • Track and update onboarding status, attendance, evaluations, and compliance requirements
  • Conduct new hire check-ins and support smooth transition during the first 30–90 days
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with DOLE and Data Privacy standards
  • Help improve the onboarding experience by sharing insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Nursing, or a related field
  • Experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment is an advantage
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills (comfortable presenting)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven
  • Professional, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive cases
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms and HR tracking tools
