Summary of the Role:

The Cost & Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations and ensuring accurate cost recording across all products and materials. This role supervises inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and cost updates in coordination with the accounting and operations teams. The supervisor ensures timely and accurate reporting of inventory levels, supports cost control initiatives, and strengthens internal controls related to inventory and costing. This position plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy, improving inventory processes, and supporting overall financial integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

At least 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, cost accounting, or related supervisory roles.

Strong understanding of inventory management procedures, costing methods, and financial reporting.

Proficiency with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.

Analytical mindset with proven experience in inventory reconciliation and variance investigation.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide and support inventory staff.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills to work with operations, purchasing, and accounting.

Knowledge of internal controls, audit practices, and compliance requirements.

Preferably with experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or retail industries.

Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
