Job Summary

The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock records, and maintaining efficient flow of materials and supplies for both construction and retail operations. The role ensures that all inventory movements are properly documented, controlled, and aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control processes and maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses, project sites, and retail locations.
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Monitor stock aging, minimize obsolescence, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Generate reports on inventory turnover, slow-moving items, and material usage trends.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel in proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Implement barcoding, tagging, and digital tracking systems to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and accounting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably with retail background.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP or POS software.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
