Job Summary

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and stock movements.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock levels.
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Set and monitor minimum and maximum stock levels for each SKU, considering seasonal demand and lead times.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to order new stock and manage reorder points.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of items to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Generate regular inventory reports for management to review current stock levels, excess inventory, and stock-outs.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards before they are added to inventory.
  • Manage returns and damaged goods, coordinating with suppliers to handle replacement or credit.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and accurate inventory handling.
  • Communicate inventory status and availability with sales and customer service teams to prevent stockouts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
