Job Summary:
We're looking for a Reports Analyst to help drive informed business decisions by transforming data into actionable insights. You'll design reports, analyze data, and create visualizations that support operational efficiency and business growth. This role is part of the Operations Group under the Data & Performance Analytics team of the Assurance Pillar, working across multiple stakeholders and work streams. Occasional travel to business centers, regional offices, or field sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and support projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and opportunities.
- Identify trends and patterns that can drive operational improvements.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience (2+ years) in reporting, analytics, or workforce data analysis, though we welcome applications from those with strong analytical and technical skills seeking to grow.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (macros, Power Query), Python, or R.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of workforce forecasting or volume-to-FTE models is a plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Clear communication skills for conveying data insights to diverse audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
