Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the tax computations and handle filing/payment of tax returns for the assigned Lexmark entities.
- Ensure prompt filing and payment of taxes for Lexmark.
- Provide the requirements of tax auditors and/or tax consultants for ongoing tax audit and other tax-related work.
- Prepare the balance sheet reconciliations and tax rollforward analysis for assigned tax accounts.
- Perform month-end closing activities for assigned tax accounts.
- Handle tax-related projects, perform system testing for changes in tax set-up.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Knowledge and work experience in taxation is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines
- Exposed to conducting financial reviews and dealing with people across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Keen to details
- Work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under heavy time pressure
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to work in Cebu City
- Can start immediately
