Operations Manager (Onsite – Ortigas)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night shift | Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure consistent performance across teams. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong people management skills, operational excellence, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with clients, department heads, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and align on business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client standards.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage end-to-end operations.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
